Our tool uses the official Meta Graph API to interact with your Instagram Business Account. We strictly access only the following data:

Public comments made on your Instagram posts.
Instagram User IDs and usernames of people who comment.
Direct messaging capability to reply to those specific comments.

We do NOT store your followers' private data, passwords, or personal messages beyond what is required to execute the automated reply.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used exclusively for:

Triggering automated private replies based on your configured keywords.
Maintaining a log of automated actions for your dashboard analytics.

4. User Data Deletion

Followers can request their data deletion at any time.

To request deletion of any logs or data associated with your Instagram handle on our system, please contact:

Alternatively, users can remove permissions for this app within their Facebook/Instagram settings under "Apps and Websites".
