1. Service Description

IZen Growth provides an automated reply and messaging service for Instagram Business accounts. Our tool allows you to respond to public comments with automated private messages based on user-defined keywords.

2. Acceptable Use

As a condition of using this service, you agree NOT to:

Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or marketing content that violates Meta's policies.
Use the service to harass, threaten, or intimidate any user.
Mislead users by impersonating other individuals or entities.
Violate any Instagram/Meta community guidelines or platform rules.

3. Compliance with Meta Policies

This tool operates via the official Meta Graph API. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the tool complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Failure to do so may lead to the termination of your access to our tool and potential restrictions on your Meta assets.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree that you have the right to process the comment data of your followers for automations.

5. Limitation of Liability

IZEN GROWTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
